It’s a gray day for the return of Parliament.

Today we start with Home Affairs questions where we will be pushing the new Home Secretary on what the government is doing to protect unaccompanied refugee children and on why she will not provide proper reassurances to EU nationals living in the UK.

The main business of the day is the Finance Bill, where my SNP colleague Roger Mullin will be leading the charge against tax avoidance – including by “Scottish Limited Partnerships”.

No doubt there will be urgent questions and statements too – and we’ll see if the UK government can come up with anything more concrete than “Brexit means Brexit…..”
