Thanks to Parkinson’s UK in Scotland for briefing on local issues for people with Parkinson’s in Cumbernauld, Kilsyth and Kirkintilloch East.

Also this morning, I met with the new immigration minister to raise a wide number of issues, including an issue faced by too many constituents – restrictive rules that prevent the husbands, wives, partners and children of local people joining them here.

I was then in the chamber for International Development questions (and Prime Minister’s Questions). Next up is the All Party Group on FOBTs where we will be gathering further evidence – topical in light of Monday’s Panorma programme.
